Ship İnn Marina Restaurant Ship Inn was founded by Koç Holding in 1992 in Setur Marina, Antalya with its name meaning Ship Han. The restaurant, which was initially intended to serve only Marina boaters, began to accept guests from outside due to the demands that came as time passed. The restaurant has become one of the elite A la Carte restaurants in Antalya.Mustafa Demirok, who started to work as a commissary in 1993, continued his business as a waiter and then as an assistant chef after a short time.The restaurant operated by Setur Marina until 1998 was again transferred to the management of the divan Talya Hotel within the body of his own group, Koç Holding.Demirok continued to work alternately in the hotel and restaurant.In October 2002, he ended his management in Divan Talya Marina and Demirok, who always had a dream of opening a reston in his mind, started his ventures for the place he loved very much and offered to rent from Setur Marina, and the fact that his hard work and achievements were known by the management made it easier for Demirok's offer to be accepted. Thus, he established his company and started his business. He blended Koç Holding's quality service concept with his own unique style and operated it successfully until 2008. In 2008, he left Setur Marina with the expiration of the Marina's contract with the port. A Holding started to operate the marina by buying it. He could not predict the spirit and management of Demirok's restaurant business, so they parted ways. Demirok took his soul and management elsewhere and continued his business for more than eight years under the name Ship Inn by Melissa's as a partner in the restaurant that was formerly Melissa's secret garden. After Marina switched back to Setur Marina management, when the offer to operate the restaurant came, he decided to run the restaurant he loved again with great excitement. Demirok, together with one of his best friends Ural Öcal, who is also his customer, decided to run Ship Inn Marina Restaurant together in 2017. The summer section is at the seafront, the winter section is decorated with ship antiques and will make our guests feel that they are in a special region with a romantic, indescribable comfort with boat view and they will feel the silence of the city. To let our guests know that we are coming back, we decided to add Marina to our brand. Combining taste and perfection, it aims to provide you with the highest quality service with its rich food variety and strong staff.
