Our story began with a rebellion against the industrial coffee shops that left our country doomed to granulated coffee and badly roasted coffee. We started the preparations for Cumbalı Kahve in 2014 and opened its doors to coffee lovers on May 1, 2015 with the aim of “a cup of good coffee”. In our first year, we introduced Panama Esmeralda Geisha, Yemen Mocha, Jamaica Blue Mountain, Hawaii Kona and Cascara (coffee fruit), known as the best beans in the world, to coffee lovers. We meet the choice of green core from foreign and domestic suppliers who have a score of 80 and above in accordance with SCA criteria. We consume the roasted coffee beans in five weeks without losing their freshness. As we always say, we only serve qualified Turkish coffee and brewed filter coffee, as we are in favor of drinking coffee without milk and sugar. In our first years, we served our coffees without using milk sugar in our shop, we did not sell espresso-based coffee, we did not sell ground coffee in packages, and we continued as one of the rare coffee shops that did not sell black tea and did not cooperate with bloggers. As a result of this, we have been continuing as the coffee shop with the highest score and comments on Zomato, Tripadvisor, Foursquare and Google for 5 years in the Balat region where we are located.
