FUE METHOD
Follicular Unit Extraction Method (FUE)
It is the process of removing hair follicles one by one from the nape of the neck or other parts of the body (such as chest, back, beard and pubic) with very thin special needles of 0.7-1 mm. Today, the fue method in hair transplantation has been updated with the process of removing tissue one by one without stitching the neck.
The difference of the FUE method from other methods is the individual tissue removal process.
Stages of the FUE Process :
It starts with shaving the hair at the nape of the neck. A larger area needs to be prepared than the other method.
After the area where the roots will be removed is anesthetized with local anesthesia, the roots are entered and removed one by one with very thin needles with a diameter of 0.7-1 mm.
The grafts obtained with this method are composed of follicular units and usually do not need to be processed.
